GTPRO Hits Fuji

After an epic season opener at Daytona, the Gamesmen GTPRO Invitational Series rolls into Fuji Speedway for Round 2 – and the battle is just heating up.

Fuji’s monster front straight, tight technical sections, and dramatic elevation changes make it a dream (or nightmare) for GT3 racing. Add the threat of wet weather to the mix, and we’ve got a recipe for chaos!

The field is stacked, the gaps are tiny, and every corner counts. Who’ll master the mountain and make their mark in Japan?

Track Insights

Fuji

Track

Nestled at the base of Japan’s iconic Mount Fuji, Fuji Speedway is a circuit steeped in history and built for drama. Its signature feature is one of the longest straights in global motorsport—measuring a staggering 1.5 km—offering prime slipstreaming opportunities and heart-stopping braking duels into Turn 1.

The track then winds through a mix of medium- and low-speed corners, including the tight "Coca-Cola" and "Dunlop" turns that demand precision and punish over-commitment. Elevation changes and tricky cambered corners add complexity, while curbs and limited runoff leave no room for error.

Fuji is a true test of balance: straight-line speed vs. cornering grip, aggression vs. discipline. And when the rain rolls in—as it often does—it becomes a battleground where only the most composed will survive.
